The WEDA Board of Directors held Strategic Planning sessions in May and September of 2008 to update WEDA’s five-year vision. The Strategic Plan below is the result of those planning meetings.
Mission Statement
"Provide leadership and support to foster economic development in Wyoming."
Objectives
- Promote funding of economic development programs
- Promote and provide training and networking
- Enhance working relationships with partners
- Foster legislative issues
- Administration (membership, contracting, organizational funding and governance)
- Assist local economic developers
