Eastern Wyoming College Receives $1.5 Million Grant for Agriculture Technology Education Center

The U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA) has awarded Eastern Wyoming College a $1.5 million dollar grant to aid in the construction of an Agriculture Technology Education Center (ATEC).  ATEC will be a 27,000 sq. ft. facility, possessing industry leading labs & equipment, and will link Ag education to employment.  The grant applications success is thanks to a strong coalition of business, education, and economic partners who worked with Goshen County Economic Development Corporation and EWC’s Office of Development to bring the grant to fruition.
