Casper Receives Grant for Sewer Infrastructure Project
October 12, 2016
Casper's Economic Development Joint Powers Board (EDJPB) was awarded a Wyoming Business Council business committed grant, in conjunction with Nalco FabTech, to put in 3.6 miles of sewer along Hwy 20/26 west of the airport.
Nalco FabTech provides custom equipment for the oilfields. The sewer line will allow the company to expand and employ more people in the area.
The project will run from 33-Mile Road, near FabTech, to the airport. The Casper/Natrona County International Airport is just one property that could benefit from the sewer line. In addition to existing properties that will benefit from the option of tying in to the sewer line, the infrastructure opens up the area to future development.
