The Wyoming Economic Development Association (WEDA) takes pride in the variety of businesses and activities WEDA member Lander offers. Located in Central Wyoming, and the site of this year’s Wyoming Working Together Conference, Sept. 20-22, the City of Lander is a popular tourist destination known for its outdoor recreation.

Though there are just under 8,000 residents, Lander is home to a vibrant community of businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies. You’ll find outdoor recreation and tourism companies, the Bureau of Land Management, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the University of Wyoming College of Law and Wyoming Catholic College, plenty of restaurants, a brewery, a fly fishing shop and a rock climbing gym.
