Justin Farley

Justin Farley has served as CEO of Advance Casper (formerly the Casper Area Economic Development Alliance) since November 2019. In this role, he leads efforts to attract new investment, support business growth, foster entrepreneurship, and advance economic development initiatives throughout Natrona County. Through collaboration with local businesses, government partners, educational institutions, and community leaders, Advance Casper works to strengthen the regional economy and create opportunities for long-term prosperity.

Prior to joining Advance Casper, Justin served as Regional Director for the Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where he helped entrepreneurs and small business owners start, grow, and expand their operations. His diverse professional background also includes experience in commercial and residential real estate, franchise ownership and operations with Papa Murphy’s and Quiznos, financial advising, and banking. This broad range of experience provides him with a unique perspective on business development, strategic planning, and economic growth.

Justin is passionate about building strong communities through business investment, workforce development, and partnerships that position Casper and Natrona County for future success.
