The story behind BAB Investments starts in 2019 with two brothers with a dream. JJ and Brett Hadley put a real estate business plan into action, and within a year, they acquired several rental units and syndications throughout Wyoming, Florida, Texas and Oklahoma.
Leveraging their combined experience and drive, they established BAB Investments with the mission of helping friends, veterans, and other investors achieve their financial goals by creating passive income through real estate investing.
In less than a year, they invested in 131 units across three syndications in Florida and Oklahoma, and acquired 11 multi-family rental properties in Wyoming. Today, they manage a portfolio of 750 units with $30 million in assets under management.
